Melokta is a free music education website that runs in the browser, with virtual instruments, interactive lessons, music games and teacher tools. No account is needed. Provided by: [To be completed: name of the data controller].

Use

• We recommend children use the site with a teacher or parent.
• Do not write students’ real names or other personal information in activity names, descriptions, student codes or group names.
• Share links are not private: anyone with the link can open the activity.
• Use that harms the site, interferes with other people’s devices, or alters content misleadingly and distributes it under the Melokta name is not allowed.

Results and assessment

Scores in lessons, games and activities are there to support learning; they do not replace official exam results or grades. Results imported into the teacher panel come from files shared by students; Melokta does not verify identity or provide exam security.

Content rights

Lesson texts, melodies, games and the site design belong to Melokta; details and third-party licences are on the Copyright page. Teachers may use, print and share the activities and worksheets they create with Melokta in their own classes.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. Because records are kept only on your device, clearing browser data or changing device can cause loss; we recommend regular JSON backups. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.
